Using GYROTONIC® methods and principles, this class is a foundation class that teaches you the basics of a GYROTONIC® class. Over time, you will gain a deeper awareness of how your body moves and how to align your body to move better. This workout uses the GYROTONIC® Expansion System to build strong and lean muscles, using a variety of exercises that will challenge your agility, flexibility and coordination.
This is a beginner class.
You do not require any experience before starting although you might want to consider doing a trial private session first for a 1-on-1 introduction to the GYROTONIC® methods and principles.
