Strength/Cardio Circuit

Cycling through 5 stations, you will get a mixture of exercises ranging from precision work to strong lifts and explosive power. Strength/Cardio Circuit classes include a segment for cardiovascular fitness with exercises designed to get your heart rate in zone 2.
This is recommended for clients who wish to enhance both their heart health and muscular strength for overall fitness.
As the weeks progress, the idea of progressive overload is introduced by using heavier weights for the exercises performed with good control.
This builds volume to maximise hypertrophy, which aids clients in body recomposition and the overall feeling of getting stronger.

Strength 101

This class stands out due to its unique self-paced structure and focus on honing technique to perfection.
It almost feels like a small group PT and is a great start for beginners who are completely new to strength training, and want an option with a social community aspect for learning techniques (as compared to personal training in a gym).
