Regain energy and strength after pregnancy for a safe and effective return to your daily and fitness routines. You’ll learn exercises that stabilise the pelvis and alleviate pain, improve post-natal conditions such as Diastasis Recti and urinary incontinence, and strengthen the muscles you’ll need for carrying your baby and breastfeeding. Before enrolment, post-natal mothers must undergo a Post-natal Assessment between 6 to 8 weeks post-delivery. This class is suitable for women for up to 12 months after delivery.
