Svetlana was introduced to Pilates several years ago while trying to cope with chronic lower back pain. After pregnancy pain was so severe that she was recommended to do spinal surgery.

It was through the discovery of Pilates that allowed her to correct her posture, eliminate muscle tension, regain strength in her spine and abdominals and start enjoying a pain-free life, without any surgery. It also gave her a greater sense of mind and body awareness and general well-being.

Inspired by such a life-changing experience for her health, body and mind she fell in love with Pilates and decided to change her career from the corporate legal world to master the art of Pilates.
Strong believer in mantra “Doing what you Love is Freedom, Loving What you do is Happiness” she delighted to pass the gift of Pilates on to others, guiding them to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Advocate of Mindfulness Svetlana strives to make each class challenging yet fun, bringing in a smile and positive energy and leaving her clients feeling fit and strong after each session.

Jia Yin’s passion for movement began at a young age; she trained competitively in artistic gymnastics before treading into her first (Chinese) dance class at the age of 12. A leap of faith after graduating from Singapore Management University (SMU) saw her pursuing dance at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) in Singapore, then at State University of New York (SUNY) Purchase College under a scholarship from the National Arts Council (NAC). Equipped with a Bachelor in Fine Arts (Dance), certifications and training in other movement modalities namely GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and Balance Body® Pilates Mat and Reformer, Jia Yin juggles between teaching dance, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and Pilates at various studios and institutions. She is an adjunct lecturer at NAFA, and an artiste with The Human Expression (T.H.E) Dance Company's Second Company, where she dances, choreographs, and teaches.  Jia Yin finds joy and fulfillment in helping her clients and students tap into their potential of movement as a form of therapy, injury prevention, as well as athletic and mindfulness training to enhance performance. She is a firm believer that a functional body makes for a happy and expressive body.
Diandra has always been very active, engaging in a variety of sports ranging from gymnastics and trampoline to softball and swimming. She is a keen runner and has completed two marathons in the last ten years. After seven months of strict bed-rest during a difficult twin pregnancy, Diandra discovered Pilates as a way to restore her strength and flexibility. It also helped her recover from diastasis recti, which she suffered as a result of the pregnancy. Diandra was inspired by how Pilates helped her regain her health and functionality, and this in turn motivated her to undergo her teacher training in order to help others. Before motherhood and her journey to fitness, Diandra was in the corporate world, working in Marketing and Communications in Australia, Germany and Singapore.
Sudha was introduced to Pilates in 2007 when she received 10 Pilates session as a birthday gift and she hasn't looked back since then. Starting out as a client she found it helped with her own knee issues and lower back pain. She slowly got interested in learning as well. Starting with BASI course in 2008, she then went on to do the Mat, Reformer and Apparatus course from Balanced Body. With her interest in learning new methods of helping clients, she continued with her CoreAlign course and certification. She has always been interested in Women's health and has furthered this by learning how Pilates helps with various women's health issues.
