Sudha was introduced to Pilates in 2007 when she received 10 Pilates session as a birthday gift and she hasn’t looked back since then. Starting out as a client she found it helped with her own knee issues and lower back pain. She slowly got interested in learning as well. Starting with BASI course in 2008, she then went on to do the Mat, Reformer and Apparatus course from Balanced Body.

With her interest in learning new methods of helping clients, she continued with her CoreAlign course and certification. She has always been interested in Women’s health and has furthered this by learning how Pilates helps with various women’s health issues.

Having experienced backache in her younger days due to bad posture, Samantha decided to try Pilates after learning the benefits from her Chiropractor. After 4 years of practice, she embarked on a journey of discovering Pilates through the eyes of an instructor and being more focused in body awareness. Using herself as an example of someone who prefers not to "sweat it out in a gym", she believes that Pilates is an approachable exercise for everyone with different fitness levels.
    As a fitness enthusiast since young, Ann Ho was exposed to the Pilates exercise in 2003. Amazed by how it connects the mind and body plus her interests in human biomechanics, she became an an instructor in order to spread the true benefits of Pilates to others. Ann spent 2 years doing full time training and understudying as apprentice, until she finally got her professional qualifications as a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Pilates Teacher in 2008. She derives satisfaction from seeing her clients having more ease in movement and improved postures as it equates to higher quality of life since they could stay mobile and independent for long. The quote she always likes to share is “The ranges of motion that you use are the ranges of motion that you get to use in the future”.
      Cesar graduated from Dominican College with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and has been in Singapore working as a Physiotherapist for 11 years. He has worked with clients with different conditions in both hospital and private clinic settings. Cesar is constantly pursuing new knowledge and techniques to help his clients. Through his experience working with his clients, he has developed an interest in clients with neck and back pain. He believes that the best treatment is for his clients to understand their condition and to empower them to exercise. Outside of work, Cesar enjoys sports such as badminton, swimming and cycling.
