Olga discovered Pilates in 2012 while living in Shanghai. Her previous career involved sitting in the office for long periods of time, which caused problems with her posture resulting in neck and back pain. Her chiropractor recommended her to try some Pilates sessions which she instantaneously fell in love with.Pilates appealed to Olga as it teaches the way our body moves and functions. It can be gentle but also challenging at times. And the best thing about Pilates is that is effective for people with different fitness levels.
Recognising the benefits of Pilates, Olga decided to pursue a certification in Pilates and has completed the Balanced Body Mat Certification.
She believes Pilates not only helps to improve your posture and strengthen the body, but also gives you more energy and a sense of general well-being.
