Olga Motyleva -
Instructor

Olga discovered Pilates in 2012 while living in Shanghai. Her previous career involved sitting in the office for long periods of time, which caused problems with her posture resulting in neck and back pain. Her chiropractor recommended her to try some Pilates sessions which she instantaneously fell in love with.Pilates appealed to Olga as it teaches the way our body moves and functions. It can be gentle but also challenging at times. And the best thing about Pilates is that is effective for people with different fitness levels.

Recognising the benefits of Pilates, Olga decided to pursue a certification in Pilates and has completed the Balanced Body Mat Certification.
She believes Pilates not only helps to improve your posture and strengthen the body, but also gives you more energy and a sense of general well-being.

It is easy to attribute Wany’s expertise to over 10 years of industry experience; but in reality, it is due to her personal belief that the key to a good life is moving well. Her approach to exercise is fuelled by this principle of fundamental movement and drives her to create personalized, targeted plans to unlock movement potential in her clients. She pulls from her extensive and constantly growing knowledge base – she is a graduate of sports and exercises science, certified in varied Pilates techniques (Balanced Body, STOTT, Gyrotonic), TRX, endurance and Bootcamp training, and precision nutrition among others. The results speak for themselves, as her clients experience holistic improvement in their strength, flexibility, and pain levels. She also enjoys conducting group classes both high intensity or low impact. Wany’s classes are as challenging as they are fun. Kelvin has been involved in all-things fitness since 1997, and is especially motivated when he sees how he has made an impact on the individuals he has trained. When he started Pilates in 2004, his intention was to apply its techniques to his personal training sessions - having heard how Pilates emphasizes core work, and adopting the application of biomechanics in the Pilates exercises. Kelvin developed a great love for the practice from his very first course, spurring him to attain his full certification with STOTT PILATES®. Kelvin brings his dynamic personality into his classes, and every class is energetic and interactive. With his experience in various fitness programs, his Pilates classes are like a melting pot of his repertoire. Apart from teaching group exercise classes, Pilates and personal training, he is also a presenter and trainer for Les Mills Asia Pacific's BODYCOMBAT™ & RPM™. Kelvin is also a program advisor and mentor to Fitness First Singapore's group exercise training department.
