Karina had been teaching Pilates in Bandung for five years before she moved to Singapore. Teaching Pilates in Singapore was initially challenging for her due to language and cultural differences. But Karina was determined to improve her teaching skills in order to help clients.Karina believes that learning is a continuous journey. She is constantly upgrading her knowledge to understand how the body can move better. In addition to Pilates, Karina is also a GYROTONIC® certified instructor.

She has worked with clients of various fitness levels, injuries and medical conditions and feels happy when she sees them improve with every session.

With ten years of teaching experience, Karina has a patient, caring attitude and an attention to detail. Most, if not all of her clients feel at ease and confident working with her.

Karina also volunteers at ABLE teaching the physically challenged with Pilates rehabilitation techniques. She loves to help people achieve freedom through movement.

Despite her busy schedule, Karina maintains a healthy lifestyle by running regularly and has participated in races such as the Standard Chartered and Sundown Half Marathon.

Elsie is passionate in sports and participates actively in running, weights training, HIIT, biking, swimming, scuba diving to competitive sports like marathons & triathlons. A firm believer in mind & body connection, she finds ultimate satisfaction in Pilates which works both the mind and body harmoniously. She has extensive experience working with clients from all walks of life, professions, backgrounds and passions. Elsie thrives on sharing her experience and knowledge. She enjoys seeing clients achieve their goals and exceed their potential. Working with different clients from pre to post-natal, scoliosis to athletic training, Elsie enjoys walking the total mind body integrated Pilates journey with clients.
    Shlomit has 12 years experience as a Physiotherapist. She has worked in various settings including hospitals and private practice both in Israel and Singapore. Shlomit has worked with a wide range of patients with various conditions including stroke patients, patients with spinal cord or brain injuries, to those with chronic orthopaedic conditions. Sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation is also an area that Shlomit has experience in. She believes with proper treatment and exercise, patients can return to their daily function and sports activities can be sped up. Shlomit believes in treating patients in a holistic way and re-educating the body to achieve better patterns of movement. She uses the Pilates method to help her patients achieve optimal health and well-being. When she is not working, Shlomit maintains an active lifestyle by cycling, swimming or running long distances.
      Fiona is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, and a lifelong student dedicated to 360-degree wellness. She is fully certified in Matwork and Reformer, trained in Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrels, and is also trained in Pre-natal and Post-natal Pilates. Pilates has benefitted Fiona greatly through better body awareness and an improved posture. She believes that understanding and adopting a good posture and movement patterns help significantly in improving one's quality of life. A scoliosis patient who has greatly benefitted from Pilates herself, Fiona is eager to share her knowledge and help students achieve their own Pilates objectives. “I'm committed to help clients learn to read their bodies, be aware of their postures and way of movement, and help them build a stronger body, inside and out.”
