Passionate about helping her clients feel energised and confident, Gabby will make sure that you leave class with a smile on your face!
Introduced to pilates back in college, she loved how pilates was a great way to heal, a moving meditation, and a great workout. Through regular sessions, she improved her physical strength, gained more flexibility and was even able to achieve her goal of running a full marathon.
She’s also a new mother to a young baby and she credits pilates for her pain-free pregnancy and smooth labour.
