Audrey’s first brush with Pilates several years ago was as a client coping with back pain and scoliosis. Pilates proved to be such a life-changing experience for her that in 2003, she switched reins from the corporate world to become a movement instructor, in the hope of touching others’ lives through movement. In 2009, Audrey founded The Moving Body – a culmination of more than a decade of movement experience consisting of Fitness, Functional training, Pilates and the GYROTONIC® method.

Fully certified in the Pilates, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods, Audrey is passionate about providing the best care for her clients. Till this day, she travels extensively to learn from various experts in the field of movement practice to broaden her skill set and shares it with fellow instructors. Both a Balanced Body Faculty member and a Pre-Trainer in the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods, Audrey has trained and certified many new aspiring instructors in the region. She conducts Instructor trainings in Singapore and in Asia and has presented at the Asian Fitness Conference in 2012 and the Balanced Body Pilates Around the World Conference in 2020.

A mother of 2, Audrey has taken a keen interest in working with pre/post natal women. Having exercised through both her pregnancies whilst managing her scoliosis, she has experienced the benefits of exercise for both mother and child from pregnancy, to delivery and beyond. This new phase in her life has also led her to discover the value of using mindful movement to change the lives of the physically challenged.

Audrey’s passion to help others through movement has led her to volunteer at ABLE, a charitable organization where she provided consultancy and expertise in the set up and running of a Pilates-based Rehabilitation Centre.

Shlomit has 12 years experience as a Physiotherapist. She has worked in various settings including hospitals and private practice both in Israel and Singapore. Shlomit has worked with a wide range of patients with various conditions including stroke patients, patients with spinal cord or brain injuries, to those with chronic orthopaedic conditions. Sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation is also an area that Shlomit has experience in. She believes with proper treatment and exercise, patients can return to their daily function and sports activities can be sped up. Shlomit believes in treating patients in a holistic way and re-educating the body to achieve better patterns of movement. She uses the Pilates method to help her patients achieve optimal health and well-being. When she is not working, Shlomit maintains an active lifestyle by cycling, swimming or running long distances.
    Candice is a Canadian trained physiotherapist who was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Her early work experience started in 2009 in Vancouver where she worked in acute care with complex geriatric patients. She continued onto the neurological rehab setting where she worked with individuals with spinal cord injuries at a leading university teaching hospital in Toronto. She has since completed additional education in running assessment and training, and prenatal and postnatal rehab, and has honed her skills in the musculoskeletal private practice setting where she sees all types of clients from sports to office related injuries. She also brings forth her experience as a busy mom of two boys and can relate to the physical and mental demands of being a parent! As a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, Candice has a strong focus on exercise-based rehabilitation. She works closely with clients to identify their personal goals and strives to provide a well-rounded treatment plan that is not only aimed at symptom relief but on strengthening and re-conditioning the mind and body in order to return to sport and daily function with confidence and with prevention of re-injury. She merges the knowledge of evidence-based therapy options with her patient’s values and preferences. Candice always practices with compassion and is a strong believer in a holistic approach to health care.
      Cindy believes that everybody should enjoy pain free movement regardless of age, body type and physical history. She has over ten years of experience in leading group exercises and providing personal training. Cindy's passion for Pilates grew from her desire to relieve pain she experienced from a lumbar herniated disc, due to excessive aerobics teaching, and her difficult second childbirth. Pilates has helped Cindy to achieve comfort and wellness. It is an important part of her life as she feels it not only improves her mind and body awareness, but it also helps her gain control over her emotions. Since becoming a certified instructor, Cindy has worked with many clients to regain functionality and to improve their quality of life. She realizes the importance of ongoing training and actively tries to find more ways to empower her clients by providing them with the tools for self-therapy.
