Created by Physiotherapist Jonathan Hoffman, the CoreAlign® is a unique workout that combines mind and body integration with functional training.
Originally used for rehabilitation, the CoreAlign® is an innovative machine designed mostly for working the body in an upright position to improve posture in walking, standing and running. It trains the core muscles to work in unity with the whole the body in all levels of activities. The CoreAlign® is great for performance enhancement and as a regular exercise regimen for a healthy lifestyle.
The Moving Body is proud to be the first studio in Singapore to introduce the CoreAlign® with a team of formally trained instructors and a certified Master Trainer.

MOTR® promises to give you a workout that proves it is MOre Than a Roller. The stimulation of moving on an uneven surface, the full 360 degree range of motion of resistance straps, and the ability to move in virtually any direction creates a unique challenge for balance, strength, cardio, agility and the core. Bodhi Suspension System®

The Bodhi Suspension System® is the world's first four-point suspension training system. Similar to other systems, Bodhi Suspension prompts customers to use their own body weight and physics to create more challenge and resistance. The Bodhi's strap system is gentler on the joints. Both hands and feet can be suspended to create true suspension, by taking the body out of alignment with gravity, which fires the core stability muscles and develops integrated, whole body strength and dynamic flexibility.
