Valerie has a passion for fitness, she enjoys trying out various sporting activities from Yoga to Cross Fit. After attending her first Pilates class in 1998, she discovered that Pilates is gentle but challenging at the same time. It helped her be more aware of her posture, alignment and form. Locations
This inspired her to take the Teachers Training course. Valerie wanted to impart effective movement skills to her clients and help them change the way they move in daily life.
Valerie decided to pursue her passion and is now a Pilates instructor with The Moving Body. She believes the elixir to youth is by keeping oneself strong with the integration of mind, body and spirit to create a life of balance.
