Svetlana was introduced to Pilates several years ago while trying to cope with chronic lower back pain. After pregnancy pain was so severe that she was recommended to do spinal surgery.
It was through the discovery of Pilates that allowed her to correct her posture, eliminate muscle tension, regain strength in her spine and abdominals and start enjoying a pain-free life, without any surgery. It also gave her a greater sense of mind and body awareness and general well-being.
Inspired by such a life-changing experience for her health, body and mind she fell in love with Pilates and decided to change her career from the corporate legal world to master the art of Pilates.
Strong believer in mantra “Doing what you Love is Freedom, Loving What you do is Happiness” she delighted to pass the gift of Pilates on to others, guiding them to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Advocate of Mindfulness Svetlana strives to make each class challenging yet fun, bringing in a smile and positive energy and leaving her clients feel fit and strong after each session.
