Studio Policies and Procedures





Clients must have a current and valid package to secure an appointment. A client may be refused advanced bookings if they have an outstanding session.

Payments may be made by cash, cheque, NETS and credit cards.

Packages have a fixed validity schedule:
  • Starter Pack 1
    • 6 weeks from date of purchase
  • Starter Packs 2-4
    • 3 months from date of purchase
  • 10-Session Pack
    • 6 months from date of purchase
  • 20-Session Pack
    • 12 months from date of purchase

All packages are non-refundable. Any unused session(s) at the time of package expiry will be forfeited.

Movement packages (not including Starter Packs and Physiotherapy Packages) may be transferred or shared with next of kin with prior approval from management. Requests are to be sent to for consideration.

Group Class Guidelines


Group classes are taught by Certified Instructors, please ensure that you listen and follow their directions carefully to avoid any injury or accidents.

The Moving Body Group reserves the right to substitute Instructors without prior notice.

Group class bookings are required. Classes will be canceled if there are no bookings made in the class 2 hours prior to the start of the class.

For classes commencing between 7am and 9am the next day, please book your slot by 9pm the previous day to ensure participation in the class. Classes will be cancelled if there are no bookings made.

All group classes are for 60 minutes, of which a few minutes will be set aside at the end of class for cleaning the equipment and props used during the session.

For safety reasons, no one is allowed to join the class 15 minutes after the class has commenced. This will be considered a no-show and is charged as a full session.

Appointment Etiquette


All appointment cancellations or rescheduling require 12-hour notice, otherwise a full charge for the session will be applied, even if the booking was made in less than 12 hours. No-shows are charged the full session rate.

All sessions are for 60 minutes unless otherwise stated, this includes discussions with your Instructor or Physiotherapist. Should you arrive late for your appointment, you will only be entitled to the remaining portion of your scheduled time.

Regular timeslots for private sessions may only be reserved for up to 4 consecutive weeks. If a client is away for more than 4 consecutive weeks, the Instructor may inform the client that they will be offering that slot to another client.



For your safety, all equipment should only be operated with an Instructor's supervision. We seek your cooperation to keep all accidents, cuts, bruises & broken bones at bay.

For hygiene purposes, please wear a clean pair of socks during your session.

Please keep your voice low and have your mobile phone on silent mode when in the studio.

The Moving Body Group will not be held responsible for lost items. Please keep your belongings in the lockers provided or the shelves nearby the exercise area.
