Starting off as a client, Sarah Lin started Pilates as a compliment to her triathlon training, which often left her with muscle tightness and injuries. Sarah recognised that Pilates was different from other fitness methods she had tried, and was determined to learn more. She completed a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science and went on to become certified in the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Sarah is also fully certified in the Polestar Pilates method.Areas of Interest:
Sarah enjoys teaching clients from all walks of life from pre-natal mothers to competitive Ironman Athletes. She has been teaching since 2007 but took a hiatus for 5 years to build up a food business.
Now a mother of a one-year-old girl, she is even more convinced that Pilates is essential for healing and rehabilitation of the body. She is keen to share its benefits so everyone will be equipped with skills to be free to move with strength and fluidity.
