Sarah graduated from The Royal College of Surgeon’s University in 2014 with a Hons BSc degree in Physiotherapy.
Having worked in a rehabilitation hospital, Sarah has worked closely with various cardiovascular, neurological and orthopaedic cases. After working in The Rotunda Maternity Hospital in Dublin, she developed a passion for treating and managing pre and post-natal conditions, as well as urinary incontinence. To further her training and enhance her skills, she completed an intensive Women’s Health course in Melbourne focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction and the role of the Physiotherapist in pregnancy. She is also certified to perform the internal pelvic floor examination.
Having completed numerous marathons, Sarah has first-hand experience with various musculoskeletal rehabilitation and how they can affect an athlete’s training. She believes that injury prevention is key in achieving your full potential.
