discovered Pilates in 2012 while living in Shanghai. Her previous career
involved sitting in the office for long periods of time, which caused problems
with her posture resulting in neck and back pain. Her chiropractor recommended her
to try some Pilates sessions which she instantaneously fell in love with.
Pilates appealed to Olga as it teaches the way our body moves and
functions. It can be gentle but also

people with different fitness levels.
