The changes which she saw in her body were very motivating and it influenced her to make better lifestyle choices too. Her interest to deepen her understanding of this body-changing fitness choice led her to enroll in the Basics of Anatomy, Pilates mat workshops and eventually attain her certification in Pilates Mat 1 & 2.
This phrase encompasses the concept that guides Su-Lynn’s practice as well as daily life.
She loves how Pilates movements are integrated with the breath and the mind becomes in tune with the body. To her, it is almost meditative. She believes that understanding one’s body and its limitations is important.
Su-Lynn is thrilled to be a part of this team. This is an amalgam of her passions: constant learning, helping people and aging gracefully. Furthermore, there is nothing more satisfying than being able to help people achieve the positive change in their bodies!
