Mary graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2016 with a BSc in Physiotherapy (Hons). After graduating, Mary made the move to Singapore, where she completed her basic grade rotations in an acute teaching hospital, including musculoskeletal outpatient, orthopaedic and geriatric rotations.
She is a firm believer of the benefits of exercise as medicine in both acute and chronic conditions. During her musculoskeletal rotation she developed a passion for post operative and sports injury rehabilitation.
Since transitioning to private practice, Mary has undertaken further study in the area of women’s health, travelling to Sydney, Australia to complete a course with the Women’s Health Training Association. She has been using this knowledge to treat pelvic floor and musculoskeletal dysfunction in pre and post natal women.
Mary is trained in mat and reformer Pilates, and uses the combination of physiotherapy and clinical Pilates to optimise client rehabilitation.
Mary is an avid gym-goer and footballer and understands the importance of remaining active and injury free, for both physical and mental well-being.
