Kelvin has been involved in all-things fitness since 1997, and is
especially motivated when he sees how he has made an impact on the individuals he has trained. Location
When he started Pilates in 2004, his intention was to apply its
techniques to his personal training sessions - having heard how Pilates
emphasizes core work, and adopting the application of biomechanics in the
Pilates exercises. Kelvin developed a great love for the practice from his very
first course, spurring him to attain his full certification with STOTT
Kelvin brings his dynamic personality into his classes, and every
class is energetic and interactive. With his experience in various fitness
programs, his Pilates classes are like a melting pot of his repertoire.
Apart from teaching group exercise classes, Pilates and personal
training, he is also a presenter and trainer for Les Mills Asia Pacific's
BODYCOMBAT™ & RPM™. Kelvin is also a program advisor and mentor to Fitness
First Singapore's group exercise training department.
