Elizabeth started as a client of The Moving Body. After having two kids, she wanted to start an exercise regime that allowed her to build strength and improve her posture. Besides Pilates, she swims and runs too. With two young boys, the family has a pretty active lifestyle.
She decided to train as an Instructor to deepen her understanding of Pilates and she hopes to help other women start on their journey in finding strength, tone and flexibility.
