Colin's interest has always been in the field of complementary therapies. After having worked in the field of Information Technology for numerous years, he developed muscles and joints problems that forced him to seek treatments. When he recovered, his beliefs in complementary therapy grew stronger; he decided to take up courses related to this discipline so that he could help others.

After graduating with double diplomas in body and holistic massage therapy from two internationally recognized bodies (ITEC/CIBTAC), he decided to pursue a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy at Australasian College of Natural Therapies, a renowned complementary therapy college in Australia that specialized in treating patients with musculo-skeletal problems. He graduated with high distinction and has been working for many years as a freelance sports and lymphedema therapist in various clinics. He also give lectures on Human Anatomy and Physiology at some local spa schools for students taking up international diplomas in Beauty, Swedish and Sports Massage.

As a WDA certified trainer and assessor, he also writes training modules for students taking the Singapore WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualification), a national credentialing system, certification on beauty and body massage. Colin has extensive experience in treating sports related muscle injuries, such as shin splints, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, lower back pain..etc. He specializes in various techniques such as Sports & Swedish massage, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Myofascial Releases, Trigger Points, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Exercise Therapy and Sports Taping.

In 2012, he completed his certification as a Rock Tape and Kinesio Tape Trainer. As part of his CET, Colin also managed to completed his personal training course from FIA.

During his free time, Colin enjoys travelling, baking and spending time with his family. He loves swimming, tennis, bowling and is also a low-handicap avid golfer.
