Cindy's love for Pilates
started off with much curiosity, and after attending her first Pilates session,
she was hooked. Amazed at her transformation, she soon realised that Pilates is
a holistic way of achieving one's wellbeing.
As a personal trainer,
she was convinced that Pilates should be incorporated into any fitness regime.
It was then that she decided to take a year-long sabbatical to pursue a
training programme with Fletcher Pilates. Since then, Pilates has changed her
life – mind, body and spirit. Cindy now shares the beliefs and is committed to
helping others achieve freedom through movement through the art of Pilates.
