lower back pain affects our lifestyle and mobility

Back pain is becoming more prevalent and affects our lifestyle and mobility. Lower back pain is one of the most common injuries affecting humans today with 80% of us experiencing at least one episode of low back pain in our lives.

Our Physiotherapists are all experts in the anatomy of the spine. A thorough assessment will have to be done to identify the cause and reduce the pain. The Physiotherapists are trained to use skills such as manual therapy, ultrasound or dry needling to treat your back pain. An exercise plan will be provided to improve the mobility, stability and strength of your back. More importantly, we want to prevent and to lower the risk of recurrence.

Ergonomic and postural advice can also be provided upon request.
