a fitness enthusiast since young, Ann Ho was exposed to the Pilates exercise in
2003. Amazed by how it connects the mind and body plus her interests in human
biomechanics, she became an an instructor in order to spread the true benefits
of Pilates to others. Ann spent 2 years doing full time training and
understudying as apprentice, until she finally got her professional
qualifications as a Pilates Method

her clients having more ease in movement and improved postures as it equates to
higher quality of life since they could stay mobile and independent for long.
